Keep soft objects, loose bedding, or any objects that could increase the risk of entrapment, suffocation, or strangulation out of the baby's sleep area. These include pillows, quilts, comforters, sheepskins, blankets, toys, bumper pads or similar products that attach to crib slats or sides. If you are worried about your baby getting cold, you can use infant sleep clothing, such as a wearable blanket. In general, your baby should be dressed with only one layer more than you are wearing.

It is fine to swaddle your baby. However, make sure that the baby is always on his or her back when swaddled. The swaddle should not be too tight or make it hard for the baby to breathe or move his or her hips. When your baby looks like he or she is trying to roll over, you should stop swaddling.

I've thought about making crib bumpers but there's so much controversy over the safety that I've made the decision not to make them.
WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN COTTON & KNIT COTTON?
Cotton is premium 100% crisp cotton. Knit Cotton is 100% GOTS certified organic cotton and feels like a soft t-shirt. As my daughter says... "So soft and cozy!" Our Modern Jersey is 95% polyester, 5% spandex jersey knit fabric with plenty of stretch and a cotton-like feel.
HOW DEEP OF A MATTRESS DO YOUR SHEETS FIT?
Corner pockets fit up to a 6" depth crib mattress.
HOW SHOULD I CARE FOR MY LINENS?
Machine wash warm or cool on a gentle/delicate setting, using phosphate-free detergent. Machine dry using a low temperature or permanent press setting and remove promptly to avoid wrinkles.
Our fabrics are free of fire retardant chemicals. Like most textiles, fabric will burn if exposed to flame or direct heat.
